Mango worm treatment

For one animal

Ksh6000.00

Mango worm infections present a serious threat to animals, especially along the Kenyan coast, where these parasitic infestations are quite common. The mango fly deposits its eggs under the skin of its host. As the larvae mature, they cause painful and distressing conditions for the affected animals. One of the most shocking cases we have encountered so far involved our veterinarian having to remove an astonishing 600 + 200 larvae from one of our rescues. The potential for a large number of larvae to develop underneath the skin can result in severe pain and discomfort and in the worst case, the death of the animal.
