Hello, I am Bastete

I was born in 2024 close to a farm. My mother vanished when I was just a baby, leaving my brother and me alone in the Shimba Hills bushes. Luckily, some kind people discovered us and took care of us during our early days. My brother hit the jackpot and got adopted shortly after we arrived at the rescue station. My new family from Animal Aid Kenya chose to keep me as the positive energy on their farm. I really enjoy my time here, and I’ve made friends with the other animals. Although I’m not entirely secure, I decided to take on responsibilities and search for a generous person in the world who has a big heart and is willing to support my wellbeing. Occasionally, I need to visit the doctor, and I have to admit that food is quite costly here in Kenya. By sponsoring me, I assure you that I will strive to be a good girl, and I will send plenty of pictures and updates from the farm to my sponsoring friend, sharing how my life is progressing.
